“I’m Doing It Anyway — How Everything I Do Works Twice” (Or: How AI Can Change E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G)

(Or: How AI Can Change E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G)

If there’s one sentence that saves me hours of work every week, it’s this: “I’m doing it anyway.”

I’m doing this anyway — so why not do it in a way I can use it again?

Example One: Webinar I run a webinar for a group of entrepreneurs. I’m running this session either way, right? So instead of finishing and moving on, I make sure that: the session gets automatically transcribed (there’s an AI bot that joins Zoom and handles it), the transcript becomes a blog post or social media content, the transcript becomes a short 8-minute podcast episode, the transcript serves as the foundation for future content. One action — one mastermind session — turned into four different assets.

Example Two: My Live Presentations When I used to deliver live, in-person presentations to rooms full of people, I’d think: “Great, that’s done — on to the next one.” But the moment I added the “I’m doing it anyway” principle, everything changed. I’m giving this talk either way — so why not: record it (even if it’s just audio), turn it into a series of posts, convert it into a recorded course, use the transcript as the foundation for a book. Suddenly, one presentation became 10 different pieces of content.

How Does This Work in Practice? The principle is simple. Before I do anything, I ask myself three questions: A. Am I doing this anyway? (a session, a call, a presentation, a client meeting) B. How can I do it in a way that leaves me something? (a transcript, a video recording, notes) C. What else can I do with it? (a post, a podcast, a course, a chapter)

What Does AI Actually Do Here? It handles the heavy lifting I used to skip: automatic transcription the moment a call ends, turning raw transcripts into structured content drafts, analyzing patterns across sessions to sharpen my thinking, and generating audio or video-ready scripts from written material. The work was always there — AI just makes it frictionless.

So How Do You Start? Pick one thing you do on a regular basis — a weekly meeting, client calls, a training session, anything. Ask yourself: How can I document this? (recording, notes, transcription). What else can I do with that documentation? (come up with at least 3 ideas). And most importantly — start now. Don’t wait for perfect. Even a voice memo on your phone is a start.

The goal isn’t to work more. The goal is to do what you’re already doing — in a way that works for you multiple times.

You’re doing it anyway. So why not turn it into something that works twice? Three times? Ten?

Drop your questions or ideas in the comments — I’d love to help you figure out what you can already create from what you’re already doing.
