In Part 1, I described a challenge: how do you do highly personalized outreach at scale, without burning through your time?
Here’s what we built.
The System We designed an AI agent that scans for existing webinars every day and builds a list. The list is sent to him with links — he approves what interests him and registers. The agent joins the webinar as a participant, records and transcribes it. It analyzes the transcript against his own methodology for what makes a webinar successful. It generates a concise, structured report highlighting the highest-leverage improvements — the things that actually move the needle. It sends him the report via Telegram for a quick review before anything goes out. Once approved, it sends the webinar host a personalized message with the short report, offering a free 30-minute session to walk through the findings and help them attract more clients. The full session covers the complete report. And at the end — ideally, a sale happens.
This process can send an unlimited number of outreach messages. Each one is personal, based on that specific host’s actual content — not another cold, generic pitch. Real value. Precisely targeted.
A Few Important Notes A. Don’t build this before testing every step manually first — one stage at a time. B. Make sure it doesn’t violate any laws — spam regulations and anything else relevant. C. Build in a review step for every report before it goes out. You can even create a quality-check agent for this later.
What Does It Cost? Less than you’d think. Each outreach costs a few cents. One fixed subscription for an AI tool ($20/month), and the rest is free. The biggest cost? Development time. But it’s worth it.
One Thing I Want to Be Clear About I built this from a belief in targeted, personalized outreach — not mass blasting. You could easily send a generic “how to improve your webinar” report to hundreds of hosts and probably get some replies. I just don’t believe in that approach.
I want to use what technology gives us in the most precise, human way possible.
